Tested in the laboratory by placing the device in fresh water up to 1.5 meters deep for 30 minutes. Use on the beach or in a swimming pool not recommended. The water and dust resistance of the S Pen is not permanent and may decrease over time due to normal wear and tear.

**The dust resistance has been tested in a laboratory by an external party: 2 kg of talcum powder (maximum diameter of 0.05 mm) per cubic meter was blown into a test chamber with the device for 2 hours.
