    Easy Operation

    As you can see from the picture, the Microphone Mute Switch and the Volume Control Wheel are both on the Left of the Ear-cap. You can easily turn on or turn off the microphone, and just swipe back or forth to adjust the volume during the games as your will.

    Built-in Flexible Microphone

    EKSA Air Joy gaming headset equipped with unidirectional Cardioid pick-up microphone lower ambient noises, to pick up voice more clearly and accurately. Besides, the built-in microphone is 360° adjustable, real flexible.

    The bracket of EKSA Air Joy gaming headphone can be turned 90° inward and 30° outward. Excellent Ergonomic design makes it suitable for all ages and head circumference sizes, plus the 160g ultralight weight provides the maximum sense of comfort to the gamers.

    The following is required upon collection:

    2. Credit / Debit card used to purchase the product(s)
    3. Confirmation e-mail, that product is available for collection

    Delivery & Installation

    • Delivery is only available in the Republic of Ireland
    • Delivery for County Carlow is FREE
    • Delivery cost of a large appliance outside of Carlow is €25.
    • Delivery cost of a small appliance outside of Carlow is €9.95.
    • We aim to deliver appliances within 5 working days (subject to availability). We aim to deliver small appliances within 5 working days (subject to availability).
    • If you wish to have an appliance installed then please contact the store on (059) 9131530 or email info@swanselectrical.ie

    If you wish to have an appliance taken away for recycling then please leave a note at the checkout. *Please note we do not uninstall any appliance, we can only take away an appliance for recycling if it is uninstalled.*

    • When you purchase online you have a statutory right to return unopened goods (other than perishable or customised) up to 7 days after receiving your order: this is the cooling off period.
    • We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the unopened goods to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost). Memory cards and software must be in their sealed packaging.
    • The product must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted. In addition to this cooling-off period, you can return any item unopened and in its original packaging within 28 days of receipt for credit or exchange. We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the goods to us and we will issue a credit or exchange (excluding delivery cost).
