    The high-precision 50mm speaker drivers ensure you hear every sound as intended. From the subtlest of sounds to the loudest explosions, every detail is captured and reproduced with stunning accuracy.

    COMFORTABLE AND EASY TO USE

    Soft, gentle PU cushions and an adjustable headband with a metal plate offer a barely noticeable fit. The flexible gooseneck-mounted omnidirectional microphone provides ample adjustability, ensuring that you can find the perfect position for crisp communication with your teammates. The dedicated volume wheel provides easy audio control.

    CONNECTION

    The headset offers a dual connectivity option. First, plug it into a 3.5mm jack or use a splitter in case you need to connect microphone and audio separately — we added it to the package. Second, make sure to connect the USB cable to your computer to enjoy the mesmerizing RGB light.

    Products purchased online can be picked up in our Carlow Store. Please select the ‘Local instore collection’ option during checkout.

    The following is required upon collection:

    1. Photo ID
    2. Credit / Debit card used to purchase the product(s)
    3. Confirmation e-mail, that product is available for collection

    Delivery & Installation

    • Delivery is only available in the Republic of Ireland
    • Delivery for County Carlow is FREE
    • Delivery cost of a large appliance outside of Carlow is €35.
    • Delivery cost of a small appliance outside of Carlow is €9.95.
    • We aim to deliver appliances within 5 working days (subject to availability). We aim to deliver small appliances within 5 working days (subject to availability).

    If you wish to have an appliance taken away for recycling then please leave a note at the checkout. *Please note we do not uninstall any appliance, we can only take away an appliance for recycling if it is uninstalled.*

    • When you purchase online you have a statutory right to return unopened goods (other than perishable or customised) up to 7 days after receiving your order: this is the cooling off period.
    • We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the unopened goods to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost). Memory cards and software must be in their sealed packaging.
    • The product must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted. In addition to this cooling-off period, you can return any item unopened and in its original packaging within 28 days of receipt for credit or exchange. We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the goods to us and we will issue a credit or exchange (excluding delivery cost).
