Making A Purchase:

We accept credit card and debit card payments.

Delivery is only available in the Republic of Ireland

Delivery cost for County Carlow – FREE

Delivery cost of a large appliance outside of Carlow – €35

Delivery cost of a small appliance is €9.95 outside of Carlow

We aim to deliver large appliances within 5 working days (subject to availability).

Returns Policy:

When you purchase online you have a statutory right to return unopened goods (other than a special order) up to 14 days after receiving your order: this is the cooling off period. We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the unopened goods to us and we will organise a refund. (The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.) Memory cards and software must be in their sealed packaging. The product must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted.

In addition to this cooling-off period, you can return any item unopened and in its original packaging within 28 days of receipt for credit or exchange. We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the goods to us and we will issue a credti or exchange (excluding delivery cost).

Exceptions to this are goods which are made to your specifications – ie special order

Claims:

You have the statutory right to a 14 day cooling-off period when purchasing online. If a product is defective in any way, please return it with a covering letter and we will either deliver a new one to you or refund the cost of the product.

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform any of our obligations under these terms and conditions which is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to any force majeure incident. If any provision(s) of the terms of use is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be construed, as nearly provisions remaining in full force and effect.

Termination:

We may terminate the website with or without cause at any time and effective immediately. In addition, we, in our sole discretion, may terminate your Account for violation of the letter or spirit of these terms and conditions.

Back Orders:

If any item is not in stock, we will advise you. We do not hold back orders. You should re-order any item that is out of stock.

Tax Charges:

23% VAT is included in all qualifying items. Courier charges include VAT. Postage does not contain VAT.

Credit Card Security:

The online payment facility is provided by Stripe, a secure online payment gateway based in Dublin Ireland. (see www.stripe.com) – so be assured we use the latest security software when the order is placed.

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products are covered by the manufacturers warranty. Should you have any problem with a product please contact us immediately.

Remittance Terms:
