    Who is La Specialista Touch for?

    This machine suits someone who wants freshly ground, portafilter-style coffee but appreciates clear on-screen support. It is not the same as a fully automatic bean-to-cup machine: the user still participates in grinding, dosing and brewing. If you want complete one-touch drink preparation, an automatic De’Longhi may be more convenient.

    From espresso to milk drinks

    The screen helps select your chosen recipe and settings. Adjust the grind to suit your beans, then choose your drink and use the automatic steam system for the milk texture you prefer. Its cold-extraction capability adds variety when you want a chilled coffee rather than a hot cup.

    Good to know before buying

    The grinder, brew group and milk-frothing equipment all require routine cleaning. Follow the manual for milk-handling guidance and descaling; review available counter space and water-tank access before choosing its position. Recipe options and settings should be selected from the machine’s own menus.

    Delivery & Installation

    • Delivery is only available in the Republic of Ireland.
    • Delivery for County Carlow is FREE.
    • Delivery cost of a large appliance outside of Carlow is €35.
    • Delivery cost of a small appliance outside of Carlow is €9.95. A small appliance is a product under 30kg.
    • We aim to deliver large appliances within 5-7 working days (subject to availability). We aim to deliver small appliances within 5-7 working days (subject to availability).

    If you wish to have an appliance taken away for recycling then please leave a note at the checkout. *Please note we do not uninstall any appliance, we can only take away an appliance for recycling if it is uninstalled.*

    • When you purchase online you have a statutory right to return unopened goods (other than perishable or customised) up to 7 days after receiving your order: this is the cooling off period.
    • We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the unopened goods to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost). Memory cards and software must be in their sealed packaging.
    • The product must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted. In addition to this cooling-off period, you can return any item unopened and in its original packaging within 28 days of receipt for credit or exchange. We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the goods to us and we will issue a credit or exchange (excluding delivery cost).
