    The ultra-intuitive Doro 8100 accompanies you on a daily basis to stay in touch with your loved ones easily. Make video calls, send a WhatsApp, find an appointment in your calendar, share your photos… everything becomes simple. And to stay active and track your performance, connecting the Doro Watch allows you to track your daily steps and activity as well as your health data (heart rate, blood oxygen level). Used with the Doro 8100, the Doro Watch also offers an assistance button that allows you to activate the Response by Doro service, in the event of an emergency, from your Doro Watch.The Doro Watch and Doro 8100 are connected via Bluetooth and need to be within approximately 10 metres for the Response by Doro alert to activate. Distance varies depending on location ie indoor/outdoor.

    Products purchased online can be picked up in our Carlow Store. Please select the ‘Local instore collection’ option during checkout.

    The following is required upon collection:

    1. Photo ID
    2. Credit / Debit card used to purchase the product(s)
    3. Confirmation e-mail, that product is available for collection

    Delivery & Installation

    • Delivery is only available in the Republic of Ireland
    • Delivery for County Carlow is FREE
    • Delivery cost of a large appliance outside of Carlow is €25.
    • Delivery cost of a small appliance outside of Carlow is €9.95.
    • We aim to deliver appliances within 5 working days (subject to availability). We aim to deliver small appliances within 5 working days (subject to availability).

    If you wish to have an appliance taken away for recycling then please leave a note at the checkout. *Please note we do not uninstall any appliance, we can only take away an appliance for recycling if it is uninstalled.*

    • When you purchase online you have a statutory right to return unopened goods (other than perishable or customised) up to 7 days after receiving your order: this is the cooling off period.
    • We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the unopened goods to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost). Memory cards and software must be in their sealed packaging.
    • The product must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted. In addition to this cooling-off period, you can return any item unopened and in its original packaging within 28 days of receipt for credit or exchange. We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the goods to us and we will issue a credit or exchange (excluding delivery cost).
    • Exceptions to this are goods which are made to your specifications – ie special order
