- Delivery is only available in the Republic of Ireland
- Delivery for County Carlow is FREE
- Delivery cost of a large appliance outside of Carlow is €35.
- Delivery cost of a small appliance outside of Carlow is €9.95.
- We aim to deliver appliances within 5 working days (subject to availability). We aim to deliver small appliances within 5 working days (subject to availability).

If you wish to have an appliance taken away for recycling then please leave a note at the checkout. *Please note we do not uninstall any appliance, we can only take away an appliance for recycling if it is uninstalled.*

- We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the unopened goods to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost). Memory cards and software must be in their sealed packaging.

In addition to this cooling-off period, you can return any item unopened and in its original packaging within 28 days of receipt for credit or exchange.
