    The IMOU DS21 is a Wi-Fi extender and chime for your IMOU doorbells. Easily boost the range of your existing Wi-Fi router so that the doorbell can get a better Wi-Fi signal (only for IMOU DB60 video doorbell).

    Hear Alerts Loud and Clear: Kitchen, study room or bedroom, you will never miss the ringing alerts no matter where you are.

    Fully App Control: With the IMOU Life App, you can easily choose from 3 different tones, adjust the volume and temporarily snooze alarms according to your needs.

    Dual Antenna: It supports a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network connection and covers a wide range with its dual antennas.

    Simple Installation: Easily set up by plugging into a standard outlet and connecting via Wi-Fi.

    • Step 1: Place the power pin onto the rear side.
    • Step 2: Slide the power pin upwards to fix it.
    • Step 3: Plug your chime into the power outlet.

    The following is required upon collection:

    2. Credit / Debit card used to purchase the product(s)
    3. Confirmation e-mail, that product is available for collection

    Delivery & Installation

    • Delivery is only available in the Republic of Ireland
    • Delivery for County Carlow is FREE
    • Delivery cost of a large appliance outside of Carlow is €25.
    • Delivery cost of a small appliance outside of Carlow is €9.95.
    • We aim to deliver appliances within 5 working days (subject to availability). We aim to deliver small appliances within 5 working days (subject to availability).

    If you wish to have an appliance taken away for recycling then please leave a note at the checkout. *Please note we do not uninstall any appliance, we can only take away an appliance for recycling if it is uninstalled.*

    • When you purchase online you have a statutory right to return unopened goods (other than perishable or customised) up to 7 days after receiving your order: this is the cooling off period.
    • We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the unopened goods to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost). Memory cards and software must be in their sealed packaging.
    • The product must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted. In addition to this cooling-off period, you can return any item unopened and in its original packaging within 28 days of receipt for credit or exchange. We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the goods to us and we will issue a credit or exchange (excluding delivery cost).
