REFUND/FAULTY GOODS
If a product is defective in any way upon delivery, please either contact us immediately or return the goods to our store. We will either deliver a new one to you (once defect has been established) or refund you the cost of the product. Any breakages or damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
Once a product has been deemed faulty/not as described, we will give you a full refund for the cost of the product plus the delivery charge paid. Refunds will take 3-5 working days and will be credited to your card which was used for the sale orginally. We cannot refund your purchase if the seal has been broken on any memory card or software or on any personal hygiene products such as shavers
