The QE55QN70H uses Quantum Mini LED backlighting with Supreme Mini LED Dimming to deliver precise contrast control across the 55-inch 4K VA panel. Combined with 100% Colour Volume certified by VDE to the DCI-P3 standard, and PANTONE Validated colour accuracy covering over 2,030 Pantone shades and 110 skin tones, the picture reproduces colour with a level of accuracy that suits both film content and everyday viewing.

NQ4 AI Processor and Vision AI:

The NQ4 AI Processor analyses every scene in real time, upscaling lower-resolution content toward 4K and adjusting sharpness, contrast, and colour on a frame-by-frame basis. Samsung Vision AI Companion adds a conversational AI layer, allowing you to ask questions directly on screen using multiple AI agents for personalised, visual answers. AI Customization Mode, Color Booster Pro, and AI Sound Controller work alongside the processor to adapt picture and audio settings automatically to the content being watched.

Audio performance:

A 2.0-channel, 20 W RMS speaker system supports Dolby Atmos, Object Tracking Sound Lite (OTS Lite) for directional audio, and Q-Symphony, which synchronises the TV speakers with a compatible Samsung soundbar to play both simultaneously. Active Voice Amplifier and Adaptive Sound+ adjust output based on ambient noise levels and content type.

Gaming and smart features:

Samsung Gaming Hub gives instant access to cloud gaming services including Xbox, Amazon Luna, GeForce NOW, and Blacknut with no console or downloads required. Auto Low-Latency Mode (ALLM), AI Game Optimizer, and Game Bar are all present, with a maximum HDMI game input of 4K at 60 Hz. The TV runs Tizen 10 with the One UI Tizen interface, includes Bixby and Alexa built-in, and supports SmartThings integration for smart home control. Samsung Knox Security provides multi-layer data protection, and Samsung commits to OS upgrades for at least 7 years from 2026.

Delivery & Installation

  • Delivery is only available in the Republic of Ireland.
  • Delivery for County Carlow is FREE.
  • Delivery cost of a large appliance outside of Carlow is €35.
  • Delivery cost of a small appliance outside of Carlow is €9.95. A small appliance is a product under 30kg.
  • We aim to deliver large appliances within 5-7 working days (subject to availability). We aim to deliver small appliances within 5-7 working days (subject to availability).
