i-Dos with Detergent scan: automatically dispenses detergent with maximum precision, wash after wash.

Whichever detergent and softener you use, the intelligent i-Dos Detergent scan function helps you set the dosage with maximum precision. Simply fill the containers and scan the barcodes on the bottles via the Home Connect app to send settings for water hardness and detergent consistency directly to your washing machine. The i-Dos system then dispenses the optimal amount of detergent, wash after wash. The Home Connect app also monitors detergent levels and sends you a notification before it runs out. *The Detergent scan function requires having a Home Connect account, for which separate terms of use apply. To use this feature you must install the Home Connect app on your smart device and link your washing machine to your Home Connect account.

Delivery & Installation

  • Delivery is only available in the Republic of Ireland.
  • Delivery for County Carlow is FREE.
  • Delivery cost of a large appliance outside of Carlow is €35.
  • Delivery cost of a small appliance outside of Carlow is €9.95. A small appliance is a product under 30kg.
  • We aim to deliver large appliances within 5-7 working days (subject to availability). We aim to deliver small appliances within 5-7 working days (subject to availability).

If you wish to have an appliance taken away for recycling then please leave a note at the checkout. *Please note we do not uninstall any appliance, we can only take away an appliance for recycling if it is uninstalled.*

  • When you purchase online you have a statutory right to return unopened goods (other than perishable or customised) up to 7 days after receiving your order: this is the cooling off period.
  • We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the unopened goods to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost). Memory cards and software must be in their sealed packaging.

In addition to this cooling-off period, you can return any item unopened and in its original packaging within 28 days of receipt for credit or exchange.
